Empowering parents and the professionals who support them.
I’m here to help.
I don’t play “good kid, bad kid.”
Or “good parent, bad parent.”
The world loves black-and-white thinking—but real change lives in the gray.
I’m Tosha Schore, and for over 20 years, I’ve been supporting parents—and the professionals who serve them—as they navigate the real, messy, beautiful work of raising kids and guiding families.
What I’ve learned is that growth always starts with us.
Whether you’re a parent, a professional, or both, your own story matters. Sometimes it gets in the way. But when we pause and ask, What might I do differently?—that’s where transformation begins.
When we take care of ourselves, prioritize connection, set loving limits, and make space for play and laughter, things have a way of falling into place.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. Every child is their own person.
And there’s no single formula for supporting families—each one is unique.
But there is always a way to discipline, teach, and guide with compassion and clarity—without losing ourselves or compromising our values.
Ways we help
-
Parents
You don’t have to spend these precious years stressed out about today, and scared for your kid’s future. You can learn to parent in a way that both helps your child thrive and feels good to you.
Whether your child is 2 or 22, I promise it’s possible!
-
Professionals
Parents mean well and are doing their best, but their work is often invisible, and they struggle to find the support they need and deserve.
Parents need YOU!
