In-person Coaching with Tosha Schore

Walnut Creek, California

I work with families who are looking for practical support, and are ready to step fully into this work and engage wholeheartedly.

Coaching with me is for parents who are ready to move beyond fear and overwhelm, and into deep, lasting transformation.

We will work together to get to the root of your child’s behavior, strengthen your connection, and help you lead with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

You’ll learn how to respond to even the toughest moments—aggression, defiance, shutdowns—with calm, effective tools that actually work, without shame or fear-based strategies.

This isn’t just parent coaching. It’s an investment in your child’s emotional future—and in fostering the kind of connection that will carry your relationship through the teenage years and far beyond.

What to expect when we work together

As a new client, you’ll begin with a 75-minute intake session. This is your opportunity to share what’s been hard, reflect on what matters most, and clarify the goals you’d like to work toward.

If you’re participating in coaching with a partner, co-parent, or another caregiver, I will meet with each of you individually for your intake sessions. Meeting separately allows each person to speak openly, gain clarity, and focus on what matters most. This approach helps us make quicker, more meaningful progress and leads to better outcomes for everyone involved.

After completing your intake, we will schedule regular individual 50-minute coaching sessions in my office. The number of sessions required to achieve your goals will depend upon your unique situation.

Coaching with me is grounded in real-life application—focused, practical, and results-driven. You’ll leave each session with clear next steps and concrete strategies to try. Meaningful change requires action, so your active engagement between sessions is essential to achieving the outcomes you’re looking for.
